Adam is dedicated, hard-working, and attentive - everything we could have wanted in a realtor. We met Adam because he was the listing agent on a home we viewed. Although we didn't end up purchasing that home, we continued working with Adam throughout our home buying search. We were admittedly very picky clients looking for our forever home in an incredibly undersaturated market, but Adam was patient with us throughout the entire process. He helped counsel us on the best strategies to use when we were putting in offers, which helped us secure our preferred home out of the many that we viewed. When it came time to sell our existing home, Adam's marketing strategy led to two full days of showings and multiple offers over-asking within one weekend. When we ran into an administrative issue with our bank that threatened to push back our closing date, Adam worked closely with our loan officer to quickly find a solution so that we could close on time. I do not think our home buying and selling process would have gone as smoothly had we not had such a knowledgable realtor. I wholeheartedly recommend Adam to anyone looking to buy or sell a home.
